← U·TURNThe send-off

Before you go.

What you carry home matters as much as the days you spent here.

Leaving is its own thing. Here are a few gentle notes for the road — and what the research, and our guests, say actually lasts.

What actually carries home

A week restores energy, but the lift fades within about a week of returning to the same conditions. What lasts isn’t the days away — it’s three small things you can take with you:

See how you’ve shifted

If you took the check-in before you came, take it again now. Not as a test — as a mirror, to notice what eased.

Staying connected

You’re part of a small circle now. We’ll stay in touch — gently, never spammy. If you ever need to come back, the door is open.

The biggest lever is what you return to. A place like this can restore you and teach you to switch off; it can’t change the conditions back home. Be as kind to yourself there as you were here.

Go well. Come back when you need to.
